Born and raised in LA, Alexa Demie already has the looks of a famous Hollywood starlet, and her breakout film role may see her become just that.

For the last few years the multi-talented designer, artist and actress has been busy playing muse for photographer Natalia Mantini while also creating her 1990s inspired fashion range GODDESS, but now she's moving onto something entirely different. Earlier this year Demie was chosen to play a younger version of Catherine Zeta-Jones in The Godmother, a biopic of the so called Columbian 'godmother of cocaine' Griselda Blanco, with the actresses set to play younger and older versions of the notorious figure. Cameras are ready to roll on the project in South America later this year with the film set to chart Blanco's impoverished youth to establishing a cocaine business with her husband in New York.
